It all started in 1969, when a small boy struggled to ride a tricycle with solid rubber wheels. This boy grew tired of struggling with cumbersome tires, grew up and then came up with his own company — marking the birth of what we now know as today’s Bad Boy Tires.
The legend grew by leaps and bounds — and RPMs. What started as a tricycle tire grew to become Bad Boy Tires, way ahead of the times even for online standards. The Bad Boy Tires name has become as popular in tire buying circles as that notorious checkered flag at the Coca Cola 600 or in Baja.
So here we are today, thriving on our humble heritage. Blending the latest technology of tires with our years of tire experience. Taking everything we learn from our neighbors who live on race tracks and dirt tracks and the regular old road we all drive on and incorporate it into Bad Boy Tires for the most discerning drivers.

We only sell tires that we have test ourselves or actually drive on our own cars, trucks and SUV's. Our championship family of winning discount tire brands include South Carolina's very own Michelin and Continental tire as well as Maxxis tires, Falken tire, Nokian tire, BF Goodrich tires, Nankang, Goodyear, Nitto, Sumitomo Tire and our "tire specials" that we call the Bad Boy Tire brand.
Paying for Your New Bad Boy Tires We proudly accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We process all our credit cards through PAYPAL. However, you do not have to belong to PAYPAL to just process your major credit for your purchase at Bad Boy Tires.
What is Your Tire Return Policy?
If you need to return or exchange an item, please call us at (704)458-1011 or e-mail us at
Send Email, customer service for a Return Authorization Number. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on is eligible for return.
Return for Refund
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.
Orders shipped via UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact Bad Boy Tires Customer Service Department at
Send Email. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to Bad Boy Tires.
Manufacturer's Warranties
All of the tires sold by Bad Boy Tires are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty if you have a warranty claim. Other than applicable tire manufacturers’ warranties, there are no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Original packaging, if any applied to the tire should be completely intact or restored. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)
Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and Bad Boy Tire's address.
Packing slip with Return Authorization Number should be taped securely on tire.

What is Your Shipping Policy?
Most of our customers are within one to two business days of our 3 distribution centers for timely, cost-effective delivery of purchases. This means that we'll ship your tires pretty quickly.
Freight options and shipping charges can be seen after you’ve added an item to your cart and entered your ZIP code when prompted at the check out page. Remember that we use UPS or and LTL Freight Shipper. You will recieve an e-mail from Bad Boy Tires or UPS showing you a tracking number that you can check on 24 hours a day. (Note: You can remove the item from your cart at any time and cancel the order.)
Online Security?
Bad Boy Tires takes every precaution to protect the privacy of your credit card information. We utilize Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the most advanced security system available through our internet pay partner in PayPal. PayPal is just a portal to use to process your credit card. You DO NOT have to belong to Paypal to use the credit card processing service, we'll pick up that tab.
All of your ordering information — including your name, address and credit card number — is encrypted using a Secure Server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. We do not keep credit card numbers on file.
